Shipping and Delivery Policy
At PAN, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with fast and reliable shipping. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery policy:
- Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
- Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹5000. For orders below ₹2000, a flat shipping fee of ₹249 will be applied. For orders above ₹2000 below ₹5000, a flat shipping fee of ₹199 will be applied. On special occasions, we may offer Free Shipping on all orders.
- Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on our website or the courier partner’s site.
- Failed Deliveries and Returns
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts to deliver the package. If the package is still undeliverable, it will be returned to us. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply.
- Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
