Refunds and Returns Policy
1. Return Policy
At PAN – Pro Athletes Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@proathletesntrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take upto 10 business days to process after we receive the returned product.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@proathletesntrition.com
We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at hello@proathletesntrition.com
